Who it's for
Service business owners who send quotes and forget to follow up when clients go quiet.
What it does
- Checks your open-quotes sheet every weekday morning
- Looks in Gmail for any reply from each client
- Drafts a short nudge for the ones who went quiet, and you hit send

I run [BUSINESS NAME], an [INDUSTRY] business. Here are my open quotes: [PASTE CLIENT, JOB, PRICE, DATE SENT, NUDGES SENT]. Here are 2 follow-ups that got a yes before: [PASTE EXAMPLES]. For each quote older than [DAYS] days with fewer than [MAX NUDGES] nudges, write a short, friendly follow-up email under 60 words that names the job and asks if they still want it done. Sound like my examples. Skip anyone marked won or lost. Don't change any prices.
How to set it up
- Write down how you chase quotes today: who sends them, how long you wait, how many nudges.
- Put every open quote in one Google Sheet: client, email, price, date sent, nudges sent, status.
- Give your bot a doc with your prices, common questions, and a few follow-ups that got a yes.
- Keep it on drafts only and test it on last month's quotes.
- Schedule it for every weekday at 9 and judge it by paid jobs, not emails sent.
