The business
Keller Williams Legacy (Dan Armstrong's team) (San Antonio, Texas)
Dan Armstrong is the team leader of Keller Williams Legacy, a real estate team in San Antonio. The team gets many of its leads from Zillow.
The problem
The team had thousands of cold Zillow leads. Many of those people weren't ready to buy or sell yet, so they didn't answer the agents. Agents got worn out and quit.
Dan says he tried more than 4 inside sales agents (people hired just to call leads). None of them lasted. "The amount of work and money that went into hiring and training an ISA just didn't add up," he said.
The bot or tool
Structurely's AI assistant texts leads, asks them questions and keeps following up until they answer. The team hooked it up to Zillow for new leads and gave it a list of 2,500 old, cold leads to work on.
The bot: Structurely

How they set it up
- Connect the AI assistant to Zillow so it reaches new leads, in under 5 minutes, the story says.
- Give it the list of old, cold leads (here, 2,500 of them).
- It keeps texting each lead until they answer. Then leads start talking about things like getting a loan and how many beds and baths they need.
- It sets up appointments with the leads who are ready.
Dan says most leads didn't answer the first text. They answered after the 3rd or 4th, and often only 3 days later.
The result
- In one week, the AI brought 7 cold leads back to life, Dan says. Several agents had already tried those leads and given up.
- Over 6 appointments have been set, he says.
- It gets at least 1 old lead a day talking again, he says.
- The very first lead it worked on came in late on a Sunday. It chatted with her through the night, and by Monday morning she was ready to see a house. The team closed that deal.
- "Even the one sale that the assistant was able to get is already covering my lead spend for over a year," Dan said.
- The team used to get about 30 leads a month. Dan says lead volume went up, agent turnover went down, and he was able to hire more agents.
- Hours saved
- not stated
- Money made or saved
- One sale covered his lead spend for over a year, Dan says (no dollar amount given)
