The business
Stanzione (Miami, Florida)
A pizza shop owned by Franco Stanzione. It also caters events. The night he filmed, his team was catering a wedding in Coconut Grove.
The problem
The restaurant worked as a business, but he says he could never make it work without him working in it. Catering was a side thing they did "offhandedly with very little focus." They got maybe 1 or 2 bookings a month.
The bot or tool
An AI agent that checks every catering lead
Every catering inquiry is checked by an AI agent first. Only the warm leads, the people likely to book, get passed to his virtual assistant (VA) to finish the booking. He doesn't name the AI tool in the video.

How they set it up
- He built systems and checklists so his staff can run catering events without him.
- He ran Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and set up ways to capture leads, the same tricks online stores use.
- An AI agent checks each inquiry. Only the warm leads go to his VA, who has a set process to finish the booking.
He says most of the jump came in the last 30 to 40 days, after these systems went in.
The result
- Catering bookings went from about 1 or 2 a month to about 7 to 12, he says.
- He has 30 to 40 events already booked, including some for next year.
- On the day he filmed, 10 new inquiries came in.
- He says catering has grown 200 to 300 percent over the last 2 years, and that it has better profit margins than the restaurant.
- Small jobs are worth it now. "No one wants those 700 to 1200 dollar events," he says. "With the system, I'll take all of them."
