The quiz and the directory are free to use. The tools are paid products from each maker (some have a free plan). Prices change, so check the maker’s site before you buy.
The Profit Leak Check is run by TimeGentic, the company behind BusyWorkBots. No email needed to use this tool.
How the quiz picks tools
Every answer is a filter or a point. A tool must do the job you picked. It must be made for your industry or work for any business. It must not need more setup than you said you can handle. If you pick “Ready-made tools only”, do-it-yourself builds are left out.
Budget: if a listing shows a monthly price, we use its lowest one. If that is above your budget, the tool is left out. If a listing shows no clear monthly price, it stays in and says “Price not clear”.
Order: tools made for your industry come first (3 points, or 1 point for “any business”), plus 1 point for a listed price that fits and 1 point for a real hours-saved number. Ties go to the bigger reported time saving. Nobody paid for a spot.
