Short answer: Pick your industry, enter how many hours a week you spend on calls, follow-ups, scheduling and invoices, and get a rough estimate of the time AI tools could save you. It is a rough estimate, not a promise.

How the estimate works
For each job, we use the hours-a-week range BusyWorkBots shows for one tool doing that job. We set those ranges from the lowest real numbers in our listings. Then we cap it: we never count more than half the hours you enter, because someone still has to check the tool’s work. We add the jobs up. That cap is our own assumption, not a measured number.
- Answering calls: about 1–3 hours a week per tool. Based on: Speed-to-Lead Caller 3-5, Zenplus Roof Receptionist 8+ (vendor).
- Follow-ups and emails: about 1–3 hours a week per tool. Based on: 9 real numbers; the lowest is New Client Onboarder ~3 (was ~2-4 before that number was added).
- Booking and scheduling: about 2–4 hours a week per tool. Based on: Adit Reminder Bot 5 (vendor), Roof Lead to Estimate Booker 15.
- Invoices and billing: about 2–4 hours a week per tool. Based on: Invoice Data Entry Bot 24 (the only number).
Your real savings depend on your call volume, your setup and how well the tool fits. Many numbers below come from the company selling the tool, and we label those.
