20 prompts for your busiest jobs

Copy a prompt, fill in the [brackets], and paste it into your Grok Bot. Your Bot writes the first draft. You read it and you press send.

We wrote these ourselves. Every one asks for a draft first.

How to use these

1. Copy and fill in

Tap Copy. Paste it into your Grok Bot chat. Replace each [bracket] with your own words.

2. Read the draft

Check names, dates, prices and promises. Change anything that does not sound like you.

3. You send it

Every prompt says "show me the draft first". Keep it that way until you trust the result.

Read before you send. A Bot can get a name, a date or a number wrong. These prompts write messages. They do not give legal, tax or money advice. Never put passwords, card numbers or private customer details in a prompt.

Want your Bot to sound like you and know your prices? Put them in one doc. See Google Docs and Gmail on the Skills and Plugins page. New to templates? Read how to read a template.
